Middleman Agreement

By submitting payment or authorizing a transaction, Buyer agrees that Miko Collectibles & Analytics LLC, doing business as EpiCardz, acts solely as a middleman and not as the seller or owner of any item; all transactions are final with no returns, refunds, or chargebacks permitted; EpiCardz makes no guarantees regarding authenticity, condition, grading outcomes, sealed product contents, manufacturer defects, or future value and any inspection performed is limited to basic visual review only; Buyer is responsible for shipping costs and selection, and all risk of loss transfers to Buyer once the item is tendered to the carrier; any shipping insurance purchased is obtained by EpiCardz solely as agent for Buyer, with Buyer as the insured party and beneficiary, and EpiCardz does not guarantee claim approval, payout, replacement, or reimbursement; EpiCardz is not liable for carrier delays, loss, or damage, sealed product risks, or market fluctuations, and its total liability shall not exceed the service fees paid; Buyer agrees not to initiate chargebacks once services begin; and this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
